The aim of this module is to provide to students the basics of construction management as applied to Engineering practice.  It covers planning for construction, pretender and contract planning, basic network construction, the critical path, precedence networks and line of balance, cost and the network, stock valuation,  allocation of resources, classification and distribution of costs, cost control, operational research, work study,  construction site organization, construction plant.

The online teaching will cover 30% and the remaining percentage (70%) will be covered face to face at campus after the re-open.
