This module comprises two instances. The module gives the learners in-depth understanding of the concept and nature of property rights and introduces learners to land tenure systems and registration. The module covers also the conveying and land disposition because it examines the parties and processes involved in sale of land, leasing of land, mortgages and taxes on disposition.
