Semester I

The Module teaches the students on how to resent a case of law before court. In a legal case, pleadings are the formal written documents filed with the court that outline each party's claims and defenses. They are essentially the initial statements that define the issues in dispute and inform the opposing party of the case they need to address. Pleadings help parties clarify their positions, prepare for trial, and avoid unnecessary delays and expenses. In essence, pleadings are the foundation of a legal case, providing the framework for the dispute and guiding the subsequent legal proceedings.
