The course focuses on public aspects of Rwandan economic and financial law, that is to say, the relationship between law and the economy, banking, monetary policy, investments, privatization, expropriation, and international economic rules. It treats law as both framework and instrument for economic activity, emphasizing free enterprise, competition, and state intervention.
