This module is composed of two instances and is designed to provide understanding of purpose and necessity of land policy reforms for the purposes of putting land resources to good use. It covers both land reforms and land development issues.
Module Objectives:
· To introduce land policy reform areas;
· To outline challenges facing land administration;
· Provide techniques for introducing and administering land improvement;
· To introduce methods of assembling land for development; and
· To highlight methods of financing land reforms and improvement.

Disposition and Conveyancing is a module that covers the laws and practices related to the transfer of ownership of property or real estate.
It forms part of the curriculum for law students, as well as for students pursuing a career in property law, conveyancing, and real estate.
